Airdrie Housing Limited’s Affordable Housing Rental Program provides rental units at below market rents to individuals and families whose annual household income qualifies and are currently paying more than 30% of the gross monthly income on rent.

Airdrie Housing Limited has 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartment and condominium units located close to schools, shopping and employment in Airdrie.

Rents are set at a minimum of 10% below market and can be further reduced by rent supplement programs should applicants qualify.

Airdrie Housing has a total of 44 condominium and apartment units available for rent.

Condominium units are located in the developments of The Edge, The Courtyards and Sagewood. The apartments are located in the Mountainview Apartments in Big Springs.

Our vacancy rate is at zero with a waiting list that fluctuates between 60 and 80 households.

Affordable rents are set at 10 to 20% below market and range from $690 for a one bedroom in Mountainview to $1100 for a 3-bedroom condo. Airdrie Housing also rents to market renters with a desired ratio of 70% affordable and 30% market tenants.

We have one partially accessible unit designed for someone with mobility issues and at least partial use of a wheelchair.
