What to Expect

After submitting an application to Airdrie Housing Limited, either in-person via a pre-booked appointment or electronically, applicants will be contacted via email or phone with confirmation that the application has been received and if approved they have been added to the appropriate waitlist. Applicants are contacted in the order in which they applied, the reason being that it may take more than one year for a vacancy to become available and in that time, individual/family circumstances may have changed significantly making prioritization at the time of the application problematic.

Of the 82 units owned by Airdrie Housing Limited, 25 are Studio, 29 are 1-Bedroom, 25 are 2-Bedroom and 3 are 3-Bedroom units. Our units are located close to schools, shopping and employment in Airdrie. Rents for our unit range from $710 to $1,133 per month. Rent for most of our units includes most utilities, tenants are responsible for electricity which is mandatory, internet, cable, and phone which are optional.
